DUST COLLECTOR WITH CARTDRIGE
FILTER MOD. SE/1
We recommend using this special filter in metal cabinet Mod
SE/1 in place of filter bag in case of working with abrasives or glassbeads.
It thus avoiding the frequent maintenance of the filter bag, and is only
necessary to clear the hopper of the dust weekly. We also build dust collectors
for larger volumes of air above and in proportion to the characteristics of
powders.
The filters for sandblasting and shot blasting are able to hold the dust that
are created during the sandblasting and shot-peening treatment. The version of
Cartridge Filter provides automatic cleaning of the filter using
compressed air in countercurrent. The pre-chamber to reduce dust filter ensures
optimum functionality.
Filters can be connected to the cyclone of the sandblasting
machine or directly to the electric fan of it (models without cyclone). In
addition to standard models we can create cabinets filter with filtering
surfaces more for a high retention dust arising from the cycle of blasting and
shot peening.
